Susan joined Sequel Advisors in 2019 as Director of Operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading and managing operations across human resources, marketing, and compliance.

With a strategic and collaborative approach, she helps with aligning people, processes, and priorities to support organizational growth and long-term success. Susan is known for bringing strength, vision, and structure to teams while fostering an environment focused on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Sequel Advisors, Susan spent 11 years in the nonprofit sector, where she developed and trained teams, strengthened internal processes, and streamlined operations to support organizational growth and increased capacity. Her broad operational experience and people-focused leadership have enabled her to build effective teams and create systems that position organizations for sustainable success.

Susan earned her degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Susan lives in Richmond Virginia and enjoys gardening, Bonsai, and learning American Sign Language.
