Pat has extensive experience in a variety of industries that include HVAC, construction, computer hardware, manufacturing, and consulting. His operating and ownership roles in small businesses give him a unique perspective for serving client needs in planning growth and exit strategies.

Most recently, he owned and operated a residential HVAC company in Central Virginia. Pat also founded Three Oak Consulting, an advisory firm for small to mid-size businesses. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating / Financial Officer at Velocity Micro, a Richmond, Va.-based computer manufacturing company.

Pat earned his Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary, with a focus in entrepreneurship and marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and English from Hampden-Sydney College.

Pat lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, traveling, and cheering on his kids in their various sports and activities.
