Will is an Associate at Sequel Advisors. He first joined the firm in 2023 as a Summer Analyst before enrolling at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he earned his MBA in 2025. Following business school, Will spent time with Boxwood Partners as an Associate before returning to Transact in June 2026.

Will graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2018 with a B.A. in Economics and Business, where he was a member of the football team. At UNC, Will served as Vice President of Alumni Outreach for both the Vetter Dean’s Fellowship and the Investment Banking Club.

Will lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife and two children. Outside the office, he spends most of his time chasing his kids, watching just about any college sport he can find, and cooking something on the grill.
